Welcome to Chicago, #treatamericaproject!

I am honored to represent Illinois in a virtual exhibition hosted by the Treat Gallery in Brooklyn, New York! Back in December, I was notified that I was one of 50 artists selected to participate in the #treatamericaproject, and I've been excited for this opportunity ever since.

This show is comprised of one artist from each state. Each artist will control the @treatamericaproject Instagram for one week, and once every artist has showcased their work, there will be a final exhibition in early 2019 in New York City. Prints will be available for sale, and the proceeds will be split between the artist and the charity of their choice. I will be representing Youth Outlook, a fantastic LGBTQ+ advocacy and education group, where I previously served as a Youth Leader.

I'll be in command of the @treatamericaproject Instagram from April 1-7. Follow the page and get daily art inspiration from artists across the United States! I'll be showcasing a new project, Eyescapes.
